Summer is one of my favorite seasons. It seems that we take a much needed break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Vacations, no school,and enjoying time with family and friends doing the things that we love. During a busy week i am rushing to get a meal together,but weekends are when i like to slow it down a bit. I like to try new recipes and these sunsational flavors can surely assist me in making something really tasty. Try these easy sensational summer recipes. doTERRA CUMIN TACO DIP
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
8 oz. sour cream
1 drop of doTERRA cumin oil
1 head lettuce, chopped
2-3 tomatoes, chopped
1 bunch scallions, chopped
1 jar sliced green olives
1 jar salsa
1 block cheddar cheese, shredded
With mixer, cream the cream cheese, sour cream and cumin. Spread across
the bottom of a 13 x 9 pan. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour.Spread salsa across cream cheese mixture. Layer chopped tomatoes (remove
pulp to prevent being watery),chopped scallions, lettuce,
olives and shredded cheddar cheese. Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy.

doTERRA SPEARMINT TEA
2 c. of boiling water
5 teabags
1/2 c. of sugar
1 drop of doTERRA spearmint oil
1 sm. can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
1 sm. can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
Steep tea bags in hot water, sugar and spearmint leaves for several hours. Remove tea bags and leaves. Add lemonade concentrate and cooled tea mixture to a gallon jar. Add water and ice, enough to fill jar. Serve.
doTERRA DILL AIOLI
2 egg yolks
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 drop of doTERRA dill oil
2 tbsp. bread crumbs
4 lg. garlic cloves
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 c. olive oil
Whirl in blender until thick. Add olive oil, very slowly. When mayonnaise has thickened, the rest of the oil can be added a little faster. Thin with 1-2 teaspoons boiling water. Great with avocado fries!4 lg. garlic cloves

doTERRA TANGERINE WHIPPED TOPPING
1 tsp. Knox gelatin
2 tsp. cold water
2 tsp. cold water
1 drop of doTERRA tangerine oil
3 tbsp. boiling water
1/2 cup ice water
1/2 cup nonfat dry milk
3 tbsp. sugar (extra-fine preferred)
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
few drops vanilla (optional)

Extra fine sugar can be found in 1 lb. boxes in the sugar section. If it isn't available, regular white granulated sugar may be used as-is, or run it through a food processor for easier dissolving.
Chill a small metal mixing bowl. Soften gelatin with 2 teaspoons of cold water. Stir in boiling water until gelatin has dissolved completely. Cool until lukewarm.
Add the ice water and nonfat dry milk. Beat at high speed until mixture forms stiff peaks. Gradually add sugar while constantly beating, then add veg. oil , tangerine oil ,and gelatin.
Freeze for 15-20 minutes, then transfer to refrigerator until ready to use. Stir before using to retain the creamy texture.
This whipped topping is especially good when piped through an iSi cream dispenser, but it can just be dished with a spoon as you would Cool Whip.
Makes 2 cups.

• A member may only qualify for the free kit up to four times by placing four separate 200 PV orders (Limit four per account, per household). Once you have placed four 200 PV orders, additional orders will NOT receive the promotional product. No exceptions will be made in this regard.
• PV is not equal to the cost of an order. Before completing an order, the individual must verify that the order is 200 PV.
• A single order can only qualify for one promotional item. If you would like to qualify for the product more than once, you must place two separate single 200 PV orders to qualify for more than one promotional item.
• Any orders or items returned that result in the order going below the 200 PV requirement will have to return the free Sunsational Flavors kit, or you will be charged for the product.
• Retail, Wholesale, and Preferred Members can qualify for the promotion.
• The kit will automatically ship with your order as long as it is at least 200 PV. It will show up on your invoice after the order has been paid for, and shipped.
